Coaching is all about helping YOU; the aspiring professional, the ambitious leader, the mid-level manager, the individual with a restless mind and big dreams.

  • Are you feeling stuck and looking for fulfilling career options ?
  • Are you going through a role change anxiety?
  • Are you struggling to stay relevant and employable for your next job?
  • Are you in a dilemma and wondering what next?
  • Are you going through mid-career discontent and in need for reorientation?

This is where the coaching process can be powerful and help you. Career transition and transformation is a challenging phase and a good Coach can ease this process. A Coach’s first priority is to help YOU reach a point of clarity through education, awareness, and discovery. The coach can help eliminate concerns and help you stay focused on achieving your dreams through a career transition.

You have nothing to lose by trying out coaching. Together, we can set your goals, explore possibilities, and weave through discovery process at your pace and at no cost to you.

3-step coaching Process

Step 1: Explore the goal — Coach and YOU dive into the goal or problem, de-layer until clarity emerges and both agree on the goal or direction. Coaching starts with identifying goals, possibilities, options, dreams.

Step 2: Build the awareness — Coach believes YOU have the answers and create the space for your wisdom to emerge. The Coach will never push you into something you’re not ready for. Coach helps you feel comfortable with possibilities and discover avenues to achieve; beyond your comfort zone.

Step 3: Implement and Improve — Coach holds YOU accountable with support and guidance and provides avenues for ongoing discussion and expansion. Commit to your dreams and create a potential plan and actions to achieve them

Coaching takes you through this journey of self-discovery, self-awarness to arrive at a tangible set of outcomes and can help you stay committed.

Myths about coaching

  • It is just common sense —Getting this clarity on your own is not always easy. It takes immense time, reflection, patience and persistence for both YOU and coach to arrive at a degree of clarity.
  • There is a magic formula — Coaching can be a force multiplier not a panacea if done thoughtfully subject to YOUR engagement and commitment. Outcomes depend on trust, willingness to open up and effective co-creation.

Typical coaching journey

  1. Initial Meet and Greet — Introductions and how we can help you — 15mins
  2. Assessment and brainstorming on YOU.next — Mutually decide if coaching is right for you –- 30–45mins
  3. Coaching session — Goals and actions identification — 30–45mins
  4. Check-in / Accountability calls — Bi-weekly 15mins

Repeat above process every 3–6 months or as new goals/transitions emerge.
